A lot has happened in CK over the past couple of months…
100 miles and 15,000 cyclists take part in the Birmingham Velo
Congratulations to our own David Page who was one of the 15,000 cyclists who took on the challenging 100 mile journey on completely closed roads at the inaugural Velo Birmingham. The stunning route took riders through picturesque Worcestershire and Staffordshire countryside before returning to Birmingham.
The first ever Velo Birmingham saw a fantastic mix of seasoned riders, cycling newbies and charity fundraisers enjoy this challenge together in a truly unforgettable day! David, who is relatively new to the sport achieved an incredible 60 miles on this punishing and hilly course and along with other members of his family raised £1,000 for Cancer Research UK.
August and September saw Daniel Danholm, of fellow PrimeGlobal firm Martinsen based in Copenhagen, join CK to experience working in a British based accountancy practice. It was a pleasure to have Daniel with us and continue to strengthen our relationships with other member firms. Daniel and the team enjoyed a lunch out on his final day with us.
A new member of the Tax Department
CK has welcomed Matthew Thompson to the Tax Department as an assistant, having previously worked for a small company as an admin assistant but has a keen interest in finance and accounting.
